Uganda's AIDS epidemic has resulted in over
2.4million children losing one or both parents. Due to a lack of
government-subsidized education, extended families and orphanages
face an enormous financial barrier to educating Uganda's children.
Children of Uganda is helping to address this unmet need by providing
education and support to AIDS-related orphans and vulnerable children,
while at the same time promoting global awareness of the effects
of HIV/AIDS. Through our education and support programs in Uganda
and the Children of Uganda tour, we are able to give hope to children
in Uganda and help the world understand the devastating effects
of HIV/AIDS on children in developing nations. For more information
